Infraero invests in new sonic identity.
Infraero began to change in the sound pattern used in their air terminals. The adoption of a new communication strategy with passengers begins at Santos Dumont airport in Rio de Janeiro, and will be deployed in other airports Infraero until the end of 2014.
Infraero hired the Zanna Sound agency, which operates in creating sound identities. The purpose of this change is to seek a closer relationship with passengers. “The changes in the operation of airports require Infraero a different attitude toward the passenger, so that the search company captivate your customer,” says the president of state, Gustavo do Vale.
